As our way of thank you, you will get maximum exposure! We will include your site in our gallery as a featured post and a thumbnail of your site will appear on the front and inner pages. You will also see a text link of your site on this page.

Scratchback, an online “tipping” system handles the tips automatically by way of “auto-bumping”- meaning, you remain at the top 5 of the list so long as there are no other sites bumping you down. Auto-bump means that every time somebody new tips the site, that person moves to the top of the TopSpot list. Example: We have 5 TopSpots available, and Reader A is in the #1 spot, and Reader B tips next after Reader A, then Reader B moves into the top spot, pushing Reader A one spot down. This also means that eventually, Reader A will be pushed off the list completely.

The best thing about tipping on this site? Unlike other sites implementing Scratchback, your link stays here forever creating a permanent backlink and linklove. At other sites, once you’re off the list- your link disappears indefinitely until you ‘tip’ again. Just tip us once, appear on the front and inner pages and (even if you’re off the list) have a permanent link here. It’s a win-win for you!

We do have some guidelines to maintain the integrity and quality of this website:

1. No spam sites.
2. No pornography.
3. No hate, racist or gambling sites or that promoting s e x, alcohol, guns, violence and or drugs.
4. No commercial sites!
5. Must be a blog.
6. Site must be for general audience- meaning a site you can show a 5 year old and not blush!
7. Site must be safe for work- meaning when your boss peers over your shoulders and see you surfing, you won’t get embarrassed!
8. May or may not have Entrecard. Entrecard users are highly welcomed!

We reserve the right to reject or approve sites as we deem appropriate without further action or explanation. Please review our 8 basic and simple guideline. You may have been rejected because of one or more issues.

    Hi Matt. We just realized that the tipping thing has double meaning and both works! That’s what we we’re hoping anyway. For us to be able to consider and find quality sites, we need someone pointing the site to us for faster awareness. Otherwise, we might not find the site- that’s why “tipping us” about the site is great because it allows us to check them out.

    The other kind of tipping involves actual paypal cash sent to us! At the top of this page there is a widget that says “Tip Us” (the magic ball says, yes you will tip me…)

    When you click: Get In My Top Spots, it directs you to Scratchback who handles our tipping. The link costs $5.00 but the link you create with us stays permanent because we actually put your site as Featured rather than just a regular listing. You would see that at the top of this page as well where right now, there are 4 sites featured on this site (Why be normal, Blogs That Follow, The Lie Politic and My Reality Television).

    The “tipping” with cash is slightly better because you get to be featured on our front pages. Either way, we will still include your site once we check it fits on what we’re looking for!
